Mike discovered yoga in 2016 after a running injury and quickly realized it offered far more than he expected. What began as a physically healing tool evolved into a profound personal mental , emotional and spiritual practice. In addition to his 200-hour yoga training, Mike is certified in breathwork, meditation, Reiki, trauma-sensitive yoga and is a Prison Yoga Project facilitator.
Mike believes yoga is truly for everyone. He strives to hold a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for all students to meet themselves exactly where they are.
